Hura500 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings ascribed to them:

• "hura500" refers to the sports betting and online casino platform accessible on this website, including all services, products, games, and features offered.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account with hura500 and is using this platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a member on hura500, including account balance, transaction history, and profile information.
• "Bet" refers to any wager or stake placed by a member on any game or sporting event available on hura500.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional credits, cashback, or other benefits granted by hura500 to members subject to specific terms.
• "Funds" refers to the total amount of funds held in a member's hura500 account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and hura500. This document should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy ours, which form part of your overall agreement with hura500.

To register and use the hura500 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older from the date of registration. hura500 maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling.
• You must be an individual (not a company or business entity) registering under your own name.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• You may not register on behalf of another person or use another individual's personal information.
• You must not be a member who has previously been dismissed, suspended, or self-excluded from the hura500 platform.

Hura500 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend the account of any individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements above, or who provides inaccurate or misleading information during the registration process.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at hura500. Holding multiple accounts under a single identity is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Choosing a strong and unique password for your hura500 account and not reusing it for any other online account.
• Ensuring your password and login credentials are not shared with anyone.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify hura500 immediately via live chat or email at support@hura500.xyz if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.

Hura500 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only, through the following payment methods:

• E-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow (QR and account transfer)
• Internet Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, Public Bank Online, and all other FPX-supported banks

Deposit limits are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction

Hura500 does not accept any foreign payment methods or currencies other than MYR. All deposits must come from a legitimate source and must be made in the name of the registered member only. hura500 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering.

Withdrawals from your hura500 account are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per request
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (for anti-money laundering purposes).
• Withdrawal processing time: under 15 minutes for standard members; under 5 minutes for VIP Gold members and above
• Daily withdrawal limits are based on your VIP membership tier

Bonus-Related Withdrawal Conditions

Funds received through bonuses or promotions cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been fully met. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in the terms of each promotion. Original deposit funds may be withdrawn at any time without wagering conditions, provided there is no active bonus currently in progress.

Hura500 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawal processing for security review or identity verification purposes. In such cases, the member will be notified by email and asked to submit the required documents within 48 hours.

Hura500 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each respective promotion, in addition to the following general terms that apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per qualifying eligibility (per member, per household, per IP address, per device) unless otherwise stated.
• The first deposit bonus (100% up to RM500) is available to new members only and may be claimed once per account lifetime.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the valid bonus period specified. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Hura500 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or any attempt to exploit the bonus system.
• Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses over a defined seven-day calendar period and is credited every Monday.

Hura500 VIP Programme

The hura500 VIP Programme has four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier upgrades are automatic, based on your cumulative monthly betting volume. All Sports Betting on hura500 is subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is considered valid and cannot be cancelled once you have confirmed your selection, except under the circumstances outlined below.
• The odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are the odds that will be used to settle that bet, regardless of any subsequent changes.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled and does not resume within 48 hours, all bets will be voided and funds returned.
• For T20 and ODI formats resolved using the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method due to weather interruptions, the DLS result is final for the purposes of settling match-winner bets.
• Live in-play betting: odds change dynamically and hura500 does not guarantee the availability of specific markets at any given time during a match.
• The Cash Out feature allows you to settle a bet early at the value offered by the system at that point in time. The Cash Out value may be higher or lower than your original stake, depending on the current state of the match.

All casino games at hura500 — including slots, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and live casino games — are subject to the following rules:

• All games use a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) independently audited to ensure the fairness and randomness of every game outcome.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is available in the respective game information section. RTP is a long-term estimate and does not guarantee individual results.
• In the event of a technical disruption (such as loss of internet connection) during a live casino game, hura500 will use data recorded by the system to determine the last valid result. If a result cannot be determined, the affected bets will be voided and funds returned.
• Hura500 reserves the right to void any winnings obtained through the exploitation of bugs or technical vulnerabilities in any game.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hura500 platform and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity conducted through the hura500 platform.

Hura500 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term in this document or any other related policy.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the specified timeframe.
• Activities suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or system exploitation.
• Self-exclusion requests initiated by the member themselves.
• Hura500's business decisions, with reasonable notice provided.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your hura500 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at support@hura500.xyz. Prior to closure, you will need to withdraw all valid funds remaining in your account. Any bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn upon account closure.

Hura500 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond hura500's control (force majeure), including internet outages, power failures, or infrastructure issues.
• Betting outcomes that are not in your favour, as betting involves inherent risk that you consciously accept.
• Losses arising from the use of third-party information or betting tips obtained from external sources.
• Any act or omission by a third party, including game software providers, payment service providers, or network operators.

Hura500's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made. Gaming at hura500 is for entertainment purposes — you wager at your own risk and no guarantee of winnings is given or implied.

Hura500 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, hura500 will:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
• Sending notifications to members via their registered email and/or in-platform notifications.
• In the case of material amendments, providing at least 14 days' notice before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the hura500 platform after the effective date of any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and withdraw your funds before the new terms take effect.

Language and Interpretation

These Terms & Conditions are provided in Malay as the primary language. In the event of any conflict in interpretation, the Malay version shall prevail. Any dispute arising from the use of the hura500 platform shall be finally resolved through arbitration in accordance with procedures established by hura500, and the applicable law shall be the law governing the operation of this platform.
